Introducing Slow Flow Yoga for Mixed Levels

Come to ‘Slow Flow’ Yoga for Mixed Levels, now at The Wellness Institute of East Hill on Wednesdays 9:00 to 10:30 with Melanie Summers, resident yoga instructor. This small class (never more than 5 participants) is targeted for ANYONE (age, shape, level, etc.) who wants to let go of the hustle and bustle of daily life and receive a little peace for the body, mind and spirit. You’ll leave a little lighter than when you came in by learning ways to incorporate the path of balance and peace in your life while practicing yoga poses with synchronized breathing to the sounds of a fun playlist, ranging from sacred chants to the Beatles and Janis Joplin. $10 donation suggested.

Melanie Summers took her first yoga class in 2008, sparking a profound love and passion for the yogic path. This love soon lead to a Yoga Alliance 200 hour teacher training program at Dragonfly Yoga School in Fort Walton Beach with Laura Tyree. She is currently studying with the Surya Chandra School at the 500 hour level. Melanie is particularly gifted at designing classes that are tailored to the specific needs of each individual.
